The video demonstrate concept of very modern designs despite these prototypes made from very old materials but it meets the design of very modern devices which have a very strong patent war between Apple and a lot of companies.
As Matt says in the video:<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/TT2esZyfoSg?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
“[These early tablets] clearly show Apple was thinking about the tablet form factor long before the announcement of the iPad.”
Matt’s done a great job here, packing a lot of info into just over a minute and a half.

ReplyDeleteIt would've failed, it's good that they waited, there are better companies than them though, just because a lot of people buy it, doesn't mean it's worth it's price.

ReplyDeleteThey use ones like this at Ikea. They perform as well as an iPad, too, when used as a door jam.
